Family Care

Center for Healing & Hope offers family care to families and individuals who do not have health insurance. Our staff and volunteers provide culturally competent care including but not limited to the following services:

• Diabetes care & education
• Health education
• Hypertension management
• Minor procedures
• Women’s health screenings
• Immigration physicals
• School physicals
• Sports physicals
• DOT physicals

*Center for Healing & Hope does not provide prenatal care/obstetrics
