Immigrant Resource Guide

This community resource guide, published in September 2020, is intended to be a quick reference guide for immigrants to learn more about services provided in Elkhart County, Indiana.

Elkhart County HOPE Network provides this guide. Elkhart County HOPE (Helping Our People Everywhere) Network provides financial resources to immigrants in Elkhart County through the Immigrant Resource Fund, distributes city IDs for Goshen residents, as well as connects clients with other nonprofits and organizations. HOPE Network is a program of the Center for Healing & Hope.
