The Center for Healing & Hope is monitoring the evolving threat of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and is modifying our services to minimize the risk to our patients and staff. Starting Monday, March 9, we will shift to an appointment system for patients needing Urgent Care services.
To make an appointment with one of our Urgent Care Providers, call 574-534-4744 during our regular office hours. Walk-in patients will not be seen.
Because of the limitations of our facility, we will not be able to see patients with fever OR respiratory symptoms at this time. Patients whose symptoms are mild should stay at home to avoid exposure to others. Those who are more sick should seek care in the hospital Emergency Department.

Our clinic also has an urgent need for donations as we anticipate the need to purchase extra items that are now in limited quantities due to the spread of COVID-19 throughout the country.
