Immediate part-time position open for a Patient Advocate at the Center for Healing and Hope, a faith-based urgent care clinic. This 20-hour a week position advocates for our patients within the healthcare system and networks with medical and social service providers.  Must have excellent communication and writing skills, and be able to work one morning and three evenings (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) per week.
